Your Lafayette Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
Party buses in the Lafayette area typically come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length onboard bar area, Bluetooth sound systems, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — built for groups that want the celebration to start the moment everyone boards, not when they arrive at the venue.
For corporate shuttles, airport transfers, and wedding guest circuits between Broussard and downtown Lafayette, a minibus is usually the cleaner fit — powerful climate control, reclining seats, and the maneuverability to navigate tight venue driveways and downtown side streets. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, and WiFi, which matters on longer hauls to New Orleans or Baton Rouge. Amenities vary by vehicle, and you can compare them side by side using the quote tool before you commit to anything.

Lafayette Party Bus Rental Prices
Lafayette party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle size, the date, how many hours you need, and how far in advance you book. As a general planning range: a 15–35 passenger minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$375 per hour on weekends; and a full 56-passenger charter bus typically falls between $200–$350 per hour depending on the trip. Per-day rates for longer events range from around $1,100 on the low end for a minibus up to $4,050 for a large party bus on a busy weekend.

See Lafayette Party Bus Options in One Place
Because you're not limited to one fleet. That's the whole point. When you go through Lafayettepartybuscompany.com, you're comparing vehicle options from providers serving Acadiana — which means you get to see multiple bus types, price points, and availability windows side by side without spending an afternoon on the phone.
Lafayette has a way of packing the calendar fast. Festival International de Louisiane takes over downtown in April. Festivals Acadiens et Créoles floods Girard Park in October.
UL Lafayette home game weekends back up Johnston Street from campus to the interstate. On those dates, rideshare availability shrinks, parking lots fill by noon, and groups that waited to book scramble for whatever's left. Comparing options through this site gives you a clean look at what's available well before the window closes.
There's no account to create, no hidden steps in the process, and 337-446-8700 is answered any day of the year. You put in your trip details once. You compare options.
You find what fits. That's it — simpler than calling five companies and waiting for callbacks that don't arrive until Tuesday.
Party Bus Services Built for Lafayette Groups
From Lafayette Regional Airport transfers and concert shuttles to the Cajundome, to Acadiana wedding transportation, Ragin' Cajuns game-day buses, bachelorette party crawls, prom rentals, and corporate shuttles — whatever the occasion, the right vehicle is available. Call 337-446-8700 to get moving.

Lafayette Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT) (200 Terminal Dr, Lafayette, LA 70508) sits about four miles southwest of downtown, but coordinating a group arrival — staggered flights, baggage claim timing, multiple terminals — is where simple airport trips get complicated fast. A Lafayette airport shuttle bus found through this site means your whole group assembles once, loads once, and heads straight to the hotel or venue without anyone circling the cell phone lot in separate cars or splitting across three rideshares.
For groups flying into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) and heading up I-10 to Lafayette — roughly a two-hour run — a charter bus handles the luggage bays and the long haul in one move. Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is another option about an hour east on I-10. Check the Lafayette Regional Airport shuttle guide for details on group pickup logistics at LFT, and call 337-446-8700 to get your airport transfer set before your flights land.

Lafayette Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Lafayette bachelorette night done right runs the full length of Jefferson Street — Prejean's for a Cajun dinner send-off, then into the downtown bar corridor on Jefferson and Vermilion, hitting spots like The Grand Station, The Bayou Rum Bar, and Pamplona Tapas Bar before the night winds toward the River Ranch area. The problem with doing all of that in separate cars: parking downtown on a Friday night is genuinely painful, and calling rideshares at midnight from three different starting points never goes smoothly.
A 20- or 25-passenger Lafayette bachelorette party bus keeps the whole group together across every stop, with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound running the whole time. The group rolls in together, leaves together, and nobody has to figure out how they're getting home at 2 a.m. For bachelor groups heading to a UL Lafayette tailgate or a fishing charter out of Henderson, a minibus is a quieter fit.
Either way, call 337-446-8700 and get pricing on your date fast.

Lafayette Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Lafayette's Cajun and Creole culture puts a premium on celebration, and milestone birthdays here don't do things small. A Lafayette birthday party bus seating 15 to 50 is a natural fit for the evening — pickup at the house, dinner at Rêve Coffee Lab or Tsunami on Johnston Street, then over to a reception hall or the downtown entertainment district. For quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, reception venues like The Petroleum Club of Lafayette, Bayou Teche Brewing's event space in Arnaudville, or private halls in Youngsville all see group arrivals by party bus throughout the year.
The bus arrives, the group boards, and the entrance is made together — which is kind of the whole point for a Sweet 16. Color preferences for the vehicle, like white or black, can be noted when you request your quote. Call 337-446-8700 or use the online form to check vehicle availability for your date without any obligation.

Lafayette Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Cajundome (444 Cajundome Blvd, Lafayette, LA 70506) is the region's main indoor arena — 13,500 seats for major touring acts — and parking on the Cajundome Boulevard corridor backs up well before doors open. Post-show rideshare demand spikes hard, with groups reporting 20–35 minute waits on busy concert nights. A Lafayette concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby, so when the show ends you're not standing in a parking lot refreshing an app.
For outdoor festivals, Festival International de Louisiane takes over the streets of downtown Lafayette every April, drawing 300,000+ attendees across five days. Jefferson Street and the surrounding blocks close to traffic entirely during peak hours, making a drop-off at the festival perimeter far cleaner than any parking strategy. Festivals Acadiens et Créoles at Girard Park each October brings the same crunch to the River Ranch and Ambassador Caffery corridor.
Both events are prime candidates for a party bus — the Lafayette concert transportation page has more details, and 337-446-8700 is available any time to check availability for your date.

Lafayette Corporate Event Transportation
Lafayette's oil-and-gas economy and growing healthcare corridor mean corporate group moves are a regular part of the calendar — conveying employees between the Oil Center district and Northside conference venues, shuttling convention attendees between hotels on Pinhook Road and event spaces in River Ranch, or running an executive team to Baton Rouge for a board meeting on I-10. A Lafayette minibus rental handles the downtown hops cleanly; its tighter footprint fits loading zones at the DoubleTree and the Hilton Lafayette that a full-size coach would struggle to stage at.
For larger conventions at the Cajundome Convention Center (444 Cajundome Blvd), which hosts trade shows and corporate expos year-round, a charter bus handles the delegate volume and gives your group undercarriage bays for presentation materials and luggage — no loading dock scramble. Call 337-446-8700 to build a Lafayette corporate shuttle package around your event schedule.

Lafayette Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions heading out to Avery Island, church retreats rolling toward the Atchafalaya Basin, and large milestone gatherings at private venues in Breaux Bridge or New Iberia all share one problem: too many cars, too few parking spaces, and someone always gets separated from the group. A Lafayette private event charter bus handles the headcount in one vehicle and keeps the whole group on the same timeline — no convoy, no stragglers, no three-car caravan that loses itself on LA-182.
During Festival International de Louisiane in late April, private bus bookings for group outings into downtown Lafayette fill up weeks ahead of the event — the street closures around Jefferson and Vermilion make any parking plan effectively useless by midday. A charter bus drops your group at the festival perimeter and picks up in the same spot when your group is ready. Book as soon as your date is confirmed; for festival weekends, earlier is always better.
Call 337-446-8700 any time to check availability.

Lafayette Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Acadiana's high school prom calendar clusters tightly between late March and early May, with schools across Lafayette, Broussard, Scott, Carencro, and Youngsville all competing for the same vehicles in the same 6-week window. Demand at that time of year is the highest it gets — availability tightens fast and pricing reflects it. For prom: book by December.
Waiting until February to start looking is the single most common mistake, and it costs families either a significantly higher rate or a scramble for whatever's left.
Lafayettepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to plan ahead — compare vehicle types, confirm your headcount, and get your pickup plan set months before the night arrives. The Lafayette prom party bus page has more detail on what to expect. Call 337-446-8700 now and don't let the calendar catch you off guard.

Lafayette School Event & Field Trip Transportation
For teachers and trip organizers in Lafayette Parish, coordinating carpools across the metro — especially with students heading to destinations in the Atchafalaya Basin or down to New Orleans — is the kind of logistics problem a Lafayette school event bus rental just removes from the equation. The Vermilionville Living History Museum & Folklife Park (300 Fisher Rd, Lafayette, LA 70508) is a popular field trip destination right inside the city, with covered pavilions and enough space for a charter bus to stage on Fisher Road. The Acadian Village (200 Greenleaf Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506) draws student groups regularly as well.
For longer trips heading to the Audubon Aquarium in New Orleans or the Louisiana State Museum system in Baton Rouge, a full-size charter bus with onboard restrooms and overhead storage makes the two-hour run significantly more manageable — fewer pit stops, more time at the destination. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when you request your quote. Call 337-446-8700 to get started.

Lafayette Sporting Event Transportation
Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium (201 Reinhardt Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506) — the newly renovated home of the UL Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns, formerly known as Cajun Field — holds approximately 30,000 fans and sits at the intersection of Reinhardt Drive and Cajun Drive, just south of campus. On a sold-out Sun Belt Conference matchup, Johnston Street backs up from the I-10 interchange all the way toward campus, and the surface lots around the stadium fill out fast. Groups that drive themselves spend 45 minutes post-game inching toward the exit.
A Lafayette game-day charter bus drops your group near the stadium gates and picks up at the same spot when the clock runs out — check out the Cajun Field bus rental guide for specific approach details.
For groups heading to Baton Rouge for an LSU game at Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night, a charter bus on I-10 East is the only sane plan — the parking situation around Death Valley on a game night is its own special challenge, and the Tiger Stadium bus rental guide breaks down exactly what to expect. Call 337-446-8700 to check availability for your game date.

Lafayette Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Acadiana wedding venues spread across the map — ceremony at a historic church in downtown Lafayette, cocktail hour at a plantation home in Youngsville, reception at a waterfront hall in Breaux Bridge. Asking guests to navigate all of that independently on a Saturday evening, across roads they've never driven, is the fastest way to turn a beautiful night into a logistics headache. A Lafayette wedding shuttle runs a clean circuit between the hotel block and each venue stop, so guests arrive on time, together, and nobody has to make a judgment call about driving home.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party transport with a polished look and plenty of room for dresses. For larger guest shuttles between the Lafayette Marriott and a venue in Broussard, a minibus fits the bill without the party-bus energy. Either way, the timeline gets locked in before the day arrives, and venue-to-venue coordination is handled.
Call 337-446-8700 early — spring and fall wedding weekends in Acadiana book out several months ahead.

Lafayette Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Move over Napa — Acadiana has its own trail worth doing right. The Bayou Teche Brewing (1002 Noth Lane, Arnaudville, LA 70512) anchors the northwest end, a 30-minute run from Lafayette with a lush, mural-lined taproom and a Louisiana-focused tap list. Heading back east, Reuse the Glass Brewing in Breaux Bridge and the growing downtown Lafayette craft bar scene along Jefferson and Vermilion round out a full afternoon circuit.
The practical argument for a Lafayette pub crawl bus rental is simple: Arnaudville is a two-lane highway run with no rideshare coverage, and Breaux Bridge isn't much better at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. The bus parks at each stop while the group is inside, and every stop is already built into the itinerary before you leave Lafayette. No one has to figure out a route mid-evening or leave early to stay under a limit.
Call 337-446-8700 to get pricing for your crawl date — it takes about a minute.

Frequently Asked Questions About Lafayette Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Lafayettepartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options in Lafayette instead of calling company after company. Fill out the quick quote form or call 337-446-8700 to compare vehicles, amenities, and estimated prices, then choose what fits your trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Lafayette, Louisiana?
Lafayette party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, date, and trip length. As a general planning guide: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$375 per hour on weekends; a full charter bus typically falls in the $200–$350 per hour range. Those numbers shift with your specific date and itinerary — your final pricing comes from your quote.
Fill out the online form or call 337-446-8700 and you can have pricing for your trip in about a minute. Visit the Lafayette party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown by vehicle type.
What is Lafayettepartybuscompany.com?
Lafayettepartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in Lafayette, Louisiana. It shows options from transportation providers serving Acadiana, so you can compare different buses, vehicle types, and rates in one place — instead of calling around to a dozen companies one at a time.
What vehicle size do I need for my group?
A quick rule of thumb: groups of 10–14 fit a Sprinter limo or van; 15–35 passengers fit a minibus; 20–50 passengers fit into various party bus sizes; and groups of 40–56 are best served by a full charter bus. If your headcount is right on a boundary — say 34 people — it's usually worth stepping up to the next size so no one is squeezed. Calling 337-446-8700 gets you a walkthrough of the options for your exact group size and itinerary to find the right fit.
Can a charter bus travel from Lafayette to New Orleans or Baton Rouge?
Yes — it's one of the most common routes for these trips. Baton Rouge is about an hour east on I-10; New Orleans is roughly two hours. Both runs are well within range for a charter bus or minibus, and both cities have their own parking and congestion situations that make a private bus the easier call.
The Caesars Superdome bus rental guide and the Jazz Fest bus rental guide have specific logistics for those destinations. Call 337-446-8700 to get pricing for an out-of-town run.
When is the busiest time of year to rent a bus in Lafayette?
Three windows hit hardest: Festival International de Louisiane in late April, UL Lafayette football season from September through November, and the spring prom window from late March through early May. During those stretches, availability tightens quickly and rates climb as dates fill. If your event falls in any of those windows, booking 3–6 months out is strongly recommended.
For everything else, 4–8 weeks of lead time is usually workable — but earlier always means better selection and better pricing.
Can a bus drop off at Festival International de Louisiane?
Yes. Festival International draws 300,000+ attendees across five days in late April, and the streets around Parc International — Jefferson Street, Lee Avenue, Vermilion Street — close to vehicle traffic during peak festival hours. A party bus or charter bus drops your group at the festival perimeter, typically along the edges of the downtown closure zone, then stages nearby or returns for a scheduled pickup.
This sidesteps the complete lack of walkable parking in the area during peak hours. Call 337-446-8700 to discuss a Festival International shuttle plan for your group.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Lafayette events, booking 4–8 weeks ahead gives you solid selection without stress. For prom season (late March–early May), book by December — the window fills across the region in that 6-week sprint and late bookers face premium rates or no availability. For Festival International in late April and any UL Lafayette sold-out home game, 3–4 months of lead time is smart.
The earlier you confirm a date, the more vehicles and price points stay open to you. Call 337-446-8700 right now to check what's available on your date.
Popular Lafayette Party Bus Destinations
From the Cajundome to the bayou towns of Breaux Bridge and Arnaudville, Lafayette groups head everywhere. Here are six of the most-booked destinations in the area — the logistics that matter, the things first-timers don't expect, and why a bus makes the trip cleaner. Your destination isn't on the list?
No problem — a bus can be arranged to any location in Acadiana. Call 337-446-8700 for a quote to wherever you're headed.

Cajundome & Cajundome Convention Center
The Cajundome (444 Cajundome Blvd, Lafayette, LA 70506) is Lafayette's 13,500-seat arena and its attached Convention Center handles trade shows, graduation ceremonies, and large corporate expos year-round. Parking on the Cajundome Boulevard corridor is surface-lot heavy and fills fast on major event nights — lots around the arena charge $10–$20 depending on the event, and the walk from the farthest overflow areas can stretch 10–15 minutes. Post-event rideshare queues on busy nights back up significantly.
A bus drops your group at the main entrance and has a clear stage area on the Cajundome Boulevard service road. Check the Cajundome bus rental guide for group entry and parking specifics, and review the official Cajundome parking page before your event. Phone: (337) 265-2100

Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium (formerly Cajun Field)
Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium (201 Reinhardt Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506), the newly renovated home of UL Lafayette football, holds approximately 30,000 fans and sits just south of the main campus footprint, accessed primarily off Cajun Drive and Reinhardt Drive. Johnston Street — the main commercial corridor feeding the area — backs up from the I-10 overpass well before kickoff on sold-out dates, and post-game exit from the surface lots can run 45 minutes or more. The designated bus staging area is coordinated per event; groups are encouraged to check the official stadium facilities page for current lot assignments.
A charter bus or party bus delivers your tailgate group directly to the stadium perimeter and picks up at the same spot at the final whistle — no lot crawl, no splitting the group across three vehicles. The Cajun Field bus rental guide has more detail on game-day logistics. Phone: (337) 482-1000

Festival International de Louisiane
Festival International de Louisiane takes place in downtown Lafayette every April across multiple outdoor stages, with the main footprint centered on Parc International (427 Jefferson St, Lafayette, LA 70501) and stages spread through the Jefferson Street and Lee Avenue corridor. The festival draws 300,000+ attendees over five days, and the city closes Jefferson Street and surrounding blocks to vehicle traffic during peak afternoon and evening hours. Parking within walking distance of the main festival zone is effectively gone by midday on weekend days, and rideshare drop zones shift by year based on the street closure map.
A bus drops your group at the festival perimeter — typically on the outer edges of the closure zone — and a pre-arranged pickup time means no scrambling at the end of the night. For Festival International: book your bus at least 6–8 weeks out. Call 337-446-8700 to get started before availability closes.

Vermilionville Living History Museum & Folklife Park
Vermilionville (300 Fisher Rd, Lafayette, LA 70508) sits on 23 acres along the Vermilion River in the heart of Lafayette, preserving 18th- and 19th-century Cajun and Creole culture through reconstructed village buildings, live music, and hands-on demonstrations. It's one of the most-visited group and school field trip destinations in Acadiana, open Tuesday through Sunday, with admission running $12 for adults and $7 for children. The main entrance on Fisher Road has a pull-through for buses and van drop-off, with parking available on-site.
For school and tour groups, advance reservations are required — contact the education department at (337) 233-4077 before your visit. A bus rolling from a Lafayette school or hotel drops directly at Fisher Road without the dispersal problem of a parent-carpool run. Address: 300 Fisher Rd, Lafayette, LA 70508

Bayou Teche Brewing
Bayou Teche Brewing (1002 Noth Lane, Arnaudville, LA 70512) is one of Louisiana's most celebrated craft breweries — a working farm brewery about 25 miles northwest of downtown Lafayette, producing Louisiana-focused ales and lagers with a taproom, biergarten, and event space on-site. The location is the draw and also the logistical problem: Arnaudville is a 30-minute drive down two-lane highways with no rideshare coverage and essentially zero overnight parking options nearby. For groups of 15 or more, a bus is not a convenience — it's the only plan that doesn't strand someone.
The brewery has space for a bus or large van to stage in the parking area while the group is inside. Tours operate on a reservation basis; contact the brewery at (337) 754-5368 before arrival. Combine the stop with a run to Breaux Bridge's downtown district for a full Teche corridor day trip.

Acadian Village
Acadian Village (200 Greenleaf Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506) is a 10-acre outdoor heritage museum in southwest Lafayette that reconstructs a 19th-century Acadian bayou settlement with authentic relocated buildings, walking paths, and a small chapel. It draws school groups, family reunions, and heritage tour groups throughout the year, with the annual Christmas display — Noel Acadien au Village, running late November through December — drawing some of the largest crowds of the year. The Greenleaf Drive entrance accommodates bus and van drop-off with on-site gravel parking.
For Christmas season visits, evening crowds are substantial and parking fills early; a bus staging at the lot edge while the group walks the grounds is a clean move. Contact Acadian Village at (337) 981-2364 for group admission rates. Address: 200 Greenleaf Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506
